NutriGirl

NutriGirl teaches us to look at the nutrition that we give our children on a daily basis. One of the most important elements of a balanced brain is what we eat!

NutriGirl has one of the most challenging tasks when it comes to the fight against ADHDrone.

Her superpower is also her weakness and she relies heavily on her friend Confidentia to assist her to have the strength to use her powers of food and nutrition for good.

What superheroes eat has a direct impact on their health, energy and brain.  All of the villains gang up on her and she needs all her whits about her to keep them at bay.  When we allow our superheroes to eat foods that have a negative impact on them, we can know that that we will face challenges moving forward.

NutriGirl has two areas that she focuses on:

Removing bad foods

We can gain a lot by removing certain foods from the diets of superheroes.  The challenge is that it is oftentimes these very selfsame foods that our superheroes love and crave.

Processed foods are some of the main culprits.  These include:

  • Fizzy drinks
  • Bought cakes
  • Pies
  • Hamburger patties
  • Fish fingers
  • Packet soups and sauces
  • Processed meats
  • Polonies
  • Cordials
  • Fruit squashes

Tests, such as food intolerance tests and live blood analysis can, however, show us which foods individual superheroes are reacting to.  These foods cause inflammation in the body, which feeds the powers of Inflames and ADHDrone!

Hero Academy aims to help parents of superheroes not just remove the bad foods, but to replace them with wholesome foods.

Introducing good nutrients

Removing bad foods seems like a daunting task.  Unfortunately ADHDrone is not a villain that one can just swallow a handful of pills for a week and it is over – it does require effort from superheroes and parents.

There is good news too, though.

NutriGirl has an arsenal of healthy foods that can be prepared to enhance the overall well-being of superheroes.  These foods then become medicinal and help to lower inflammation, help detoxify and enhance neurological function.
